The 9th session of this ten-part series takes the learning outdoors entirely. Rather than a lecture hall or workshop room, this date is a hands-on excursion through summer gardens across Lower Austria (Niederösterreich), giving participants the chance to see biodynamic methods alive in practice — seasonal timing, soil health, companion planting, and the integration of cosmic and ecological rhythms that define the biodynamic approach.

This series is designed as a comprehensive introduction to biodynamic horticulture, meaning each session builds on the last.
