Tierra Amor y Paz community complex in La Mata

The property was purchased in the fall of 2021 based on clear messages from the from the spiritual world and paid for with donated money. It will be transferred into the ownership of a cooperative.

The aim and purpose of this cooperative is to provide the legal framework for a community that, in accordance with the new era, will and cultivate the land in the spirit of permaculture, as well as to promote an appreciative, loving interaction with one another.

On the southern part of the property there are currently 3 caravans with several sleeping facilities. From almost every part of the property you can see the impressive mountain massif of the Roque de los Muchachos, with its over 2,400m, the highest mountain on the island. The cooperative offers people with different needs a temporary home temporary home where they can pause for a moment, reflect on the essentials to reflect, reorient and realign themselves. The increased connection with body and soul, other people, animals, plants, nature and the earth can bring about relaxation and healing.

Around 40 trees were already planted in spring 2022, which were planted with 5 or 8 liter bottles collected from the garbage and watered the following summer. All the trees survived this barren time and are now starting to now blooming beautifully in spring 2023.

The plan is only a collection of ideas, the concrete realization will will unfold in cooperation with all those involved and committed.

For this vision to become reality, we still need many willing hands and joyful hearts who are keen to help shape it. And it also people who are willing to help and support this project financially.

In April 2023, a water distribution point (Cajita) will be used to supply a rented water right to the property. Then there will be running water and we can devote ourselves to the mental preparation for the construction of an outdoor kitchen and shower. It will also make it easier to water the trees next summer. In the fall/winter we want to plant more trees so that we can grow apples, oranges, nectarines, mandarins, kiwis, plums kiwis, plums, cherries and other fruit.
