When & what you’ll learn
The course runs Thursday 10:00 to Sunday 14:00, September 18–21, 2025. The theme is “Harvest, Soil Regeneration & Crop Rotations”—a compact, beginner-friendly deep dive into how to build fertility, plan plant successions, and work with natural patterns for higher yields on small spaces. You’ll be learning with Uz Dinkelmann, a fruit-tree carer and phytotherapist known for practical self-sufficiency gardens and deep plant knowledge, and Marika Neumann, community member at Blaue Blume who coordinates helper weeks and tends the on-site permaculture garden across the 8-hectare grounds.
