Its aim is to share human and economic resources and to experience group living based on the principles of reciprocal respect and comprehension,collaboration, equality. All property is communally owned. All decisions are taken by consensus. Each member chooses their own job,which can be within the commune , in agriculture or in crafts, or outside,according to individual choices and competencies.
